Stealthlike Mì
Stealthlike Mì is a genre-blending artist shaped by raw 90s influence and underground energy. Self-taught singer and guitarist at 11, her early years were spent bmxing and skating streets blasting Bikini Kill, channeling the spirit of artists like Nirvana and Björk.
By 17, she broadened her singing style, performing live vocals over Drum & Bass and house DJs in rave scenes, singing hip hop hooks for local Philly rappers, to later fronting an alternative rock band that was signed to an indie label. In 2010 she stepped away from the band and returned 6 years later with her solo release “Diamonds,”marking a new chapter on her own terms.
Since then, working with Jim Wilcox, she’s been releasing music that blends alternative, EDM Drum & Bass and trip-hop textures into something raw, nostalgic, yet current.
